Some things that have helped me along the way:.
-RTD chocolate shakes: tastes just like yoo-hoo. so good when freezing cold..
-Bread made from COC soup: perfect when you really want a bun for your burger or tuna sandwich.
-5 Shakes a day a couple days of the week really helps move the scale (for me at least).
-LOG EVERYTHING!.
-Galeos Salad dressing: these dressings are great on the days that I dont want to use my healthy fat from other dressings. The caesar tastes amazing over a grilled chicken salad..
-PB2: buy this and mix it with the chocolate pudding for a great desert...
