Your question was: Mirror body language.
Body language is usually subconsciously done when two people are interested in each other. It really doesn't matter who copied who, but some women want to see the man fall into place with them first...
Thanks, snafu. I hate to sound ridiculously anal or ignorant, but just to clarify-If only one person is interested then the body language won't mirror? Their stances will only reflect if they're both in tune? Thanks again, so much!!..
To elaborate on my post above, when both are interested in each other, the mirroring may happen by itself with both parties, but...when one party is knowingly interested in another, the interested party may start to mirror the other...either in an knowing effort to nonverbally communicate that he or she is interested or...unknowingly mirror. Many people like and trust others who "reflect" something of themselves (thus the term "mirror") so many people involved in sales, PR, marketing, or anything to do with the public do mirroring as part of their jobs. When you do this for years it becomes second nature to mirror and you don't even realize you are doing it..

Mirroring usually means you like the other person, not necessarily romantic interest. There're lots a books about how to make people like you and this is one of the techniques. You should try it, it works...
I agree it indicate romantic or general interest in a person...
