Your question was: Motivational words for someone going back to Nutrisystem?.
Moxie, this is my second go around too and I got it this time. I have been on maintenance for a year and 4 months. I think I was really ready this time. I feel much better about it. You know what to do so I have no doubt you will do it too. Good luck to you, Nancy..
Focus on making healthy, permanent changes to your diet and lifestyle, and the rest of the benefits (like losing pounds and inches) will happen too.
Remember that you haven't failed until you quit. You tripped and fell, but you're back up and running now!.
See yourself being successful and healthy, and you will finish the race...
Welcome back. Anything that involves constant repetition with no change or variation starts to get boring. You can do anything you set your mind to. The only thing or road block standing in your way.....is you! Hope you have a great day!..

Welcome back! And congrats on coming back before you gained it all back....
Welcome back! I just started a month ago and this is my 4th go round since 2006! I've never gained it all back, but I've noticed that I slowly gain it back over 2 years. I usually get the halfway point and get back on again. The upside; it works!! You are not alone!..
You're not alone; there are several of us back again. I maintained for two years while dealing with another issue. I was ready to begin again to finish the journey...
