Well, in Weight Watchers they used to tell us "if you don't check in, you check out." So, just coming to the boards and checking in may very well encourage you to get back on track. Since you are transitioning, maybe you should just get on your Medifast transition program with your next meal. Don't delay - do it right away with your next meal. The longer you put it off, the harder it's going to be. And, we all know that as hard as getting the weight off is, keeping it off is even harder. You made a decision to eat what you did and you enjoyed it! So, put it behind you and get right back on your Medifast transition program!..
Think about how hard it was to lose the weight in the first place. Tell yourself ok I had a great b-day celebration now it's time to get back on track. Also think about the fact that it is April Summer is around the corner. You want to look good and feel good for the Summer. You don't want to feel bloated and depressed when the sun is shinning out.
Just get back on track you have done so wonderful and I bet you look great. Happy 40th !!!..
ThankS guys! Wow Msmoeneek the next time I'm in San Fran I have to give it a try! Thank you I will try to get back on track, so far I'm doing ok...thank you so much! Ilopez, you're right the summer could be my stay focused goal...that's a good one! Jacklin I really need to transition, so today I have decided to transition...Thanks for the push!!!!!.
YOU GUYS ARE GREAT, AND INSPIRATIONAL...i'LL KEEP U POSTED!..
I have fallen and cant get up too! It sarted with my boyfriend making himself a 7 layer cake and everyday I hve been eating it with him. I also eat extra nuts today I ate cereal and milk, ive ate jelly beans... why is it so hard to get back on track.... everyday I tell myself I wont cheat and ever day I do! I cant give you advice because I am in the same boat so atleast know you are not alone and I'm sure you want to be on track just like me but it's soooo hard and so tempting. I think it's because on Medifast we cant eat ANYTHING besides Medifast food so we crave it even more and once we take the first bite we are weak and need another. Horrible thing weakness to food THATS ME!..

Be strong! YOU CAN DO IT! Ok, so today I have weighed myself and gained within 10 days 4.4 lbs, so that should be enough incentive for you! In addition, I've be feeling really sick ever time I overeat! I mean it taste good going in, but traumatizing to the digestive tract!!!! TODAY, I came too realization, this morning I weighed myself and had thus far had 4 Medifast meals...I'm feel really focused after weighing myself, so I suggest you do the same...that might snap you back!!!!! good luck keep me posted....
My 40th birthday is in June. I will take this a word from the wise. Anyway, if you find out how to get up, let me know. If I eat one more peanut, I am going to bang my head against a brick wall...
I will be sooooooooooooooo glad when April 17th gets here so I can stop stressing about other people's finances and focus on my diet!! I fell off the wagon this weekend and I came home to taco bell today after I left work early. I am going to work hard these next 9 days to get back on plan so I will get to goal by end of June..
My bikini came today for the bikini bottom challenge and it is too big. (small yeah!!).
I have to reorder and I don't want to have to keep the big one for the just in case!.
I am back on track in the morning and really really serious next week...
