Hello Everyone,Have been struggling with acne for 10 years now and after having tried all the antibotics and creams you can imagine, including very expensive laser treatment my dermotologist decided to try me on Roaacutane.My acne, appartently is moderate so he thinks a 3-4 month course should be ok.I weigh 60kg,started on my first month at 20mg, then my second month 40mg now onto my 3rd month at my maxium 60mg.Just wondering if anyone can tell me when I will start to see results.Just starting my 3rd month now and getting desperate.Havent had a major breakout, no worse then normal anyway but no improvments either.I am thinking will 3-4 months be enough, has he given me a strong enough dose.I am with the NHS so it's ok price wise so I dont mind paying for a longer course if neccessary.Just wondered if it took anyone else this look to see any improvments.Thanks for any responces..

Most people around these board breakout till the end of month 3 before they start to see clearance. You might want to speak to your derm about controlling the breakouts while on Murad Acne Complex seeing that your course is a short one...
