Your question was: New Laughing Cow flavors for Nutrisystem?.
Thanks for the tip; they sound good. I haven't seen them here in South Florida, but I'll look for them the next time that I go to the store...
I haven't seen the new Laughing Cow cheeses yet but today in Acme there was a Weight Watchers "spreadable cheese" exactly like the LCs. They came in plain Swiss, Garlic & Herb, and Jalapeno Popper. I almost picked up a pack of the jalapeno kind but figured it wouldn't be good for my sensitive tummy! I have a hard time with really spicy foods now Can't wait to try the LC blue cheese...
Heard they were coming in June - have to go look for them...
How do you use them and how do you count them?..

Just as a reminder about Laughing Cow cheese:.
Here is the way the most brilliant person on the subject of NutriSystem that I ever ran across, the legendary Graylady, explained Laughing Cow:.
ONE Wedge of Laughing Cow Light is a Partial Protein (35 calories, 2.5 gr protein, 2 gr fat) too many calories to really qualify as "free food", although some people do use as such..... It takes 3 wedges to get the recommended amount of Protein to 'qualify' as a Dairy/Protein serving, but that results in too much fat my best recommendation is to use it as 'part' of a protein serving, make up the 'remainder' of the protein in a serving by other fat-free selection.
Examples.
1 wedge LC + 1/2 oz lunch meat (make rollups).
1 wedge LC in Nutrisystem pastas, then have 2 tbsp fat free cheese on salad.
1 wedge LC + 1 ounce ff cream cheese - good in primavera & fettucini.
1 wedge LC + 1 ff hot dog.
Remember to be a Dairy/Protein the total Protein should be at least 7 grams, the total fat should be 3 grams or less and the total calories should be around 100 cals or less..
NOTE:.
There are also little squares of Laughing Cow available in some areas...7 calories each (they are TINY)...you could have 3 of those bites as a "free food.".

Finally found the blue cheese laughing cows at A&P this weekend (no other new flavors in stock). YUM! I melted one into my fettucini alfredo for lunch, breaking off a small piece first to taste. I can't wait to try this spread on 97% FF roast beef in a sandwich.
I went back and picked up another pack and they also had the Weight Watchers spreadable cheese in Parmesan Peppercorn. Haven't tried that yet but am going to add one to my penne pasta with chicken tonight...
The only flavors I have found are the original Swiss, French onion and garlic & herb...
Those are the only ones my Kroger carries, too, but Walmart has the others (here, at least). I'm going back next weekend. That blue cheese is just so darn good. I had one on a burger the other day. Mmmmm...
Kroger is where I found the ones I mentioned. Will have to try Wal Mart for the other flavors...
I just found the blue cheese and also the sundried tomato ones at my local Meijer. I really liked the sundried tomato and basil mozarella ones, haven't tried the blue cheese yet...
