Oh I feel your pain. I never got nosebleeds until about a year ago. They started increasing in frequency and after I had gotten 5 in 2 days, I went to the doctor. They said nothing was wrong.A month later I started Murad Acne Complex, and I know get an alarming number of them. I had 2 today. 3 last night.
It is absolutely terrible waking up to the taste of blood and then realizing your sheets and pillow case look like a crime scene the next morning.Everything is normal apparently according to my dermatologist and doctor though. And I feel you on the school thing. I don't think there was a class that I didn't get a nosebleed during. Every teacher became aware that when I randomly ran out of the room, that was why...
Have you tried a saline nose spray? Because Murad Acne Complex dries EVERYTHING out, your nose is no exception. I've never had a nosebleed in my life, and I was so afraid of having one I went out and got the spray. I spray twice a day (morning and night) or whenever my nose starts to dry up. I haven't had one yet! Maybe go out and get some? It might help!..
For those who have nosebleeds lasting for a long time, put your head into a freezer or something cool to your back head because it cools it down. It stops my nosebleeds Just be sure to apply pressure to your nose too!..
Stick vaseline up your honker, I used to do it when I was on a higher dose (than I am now) of Murad Acne Complex, used to only really get them at night so I stuck it up my nose with a q tip before sleeping and it fixed it..
Have you been taking Antihistamines? They dry out mucus membranes, such as the inside of your nose. If I take them I am almost guaranteed to get a nose bleed. Actually, that really does work. I've tried it...
