Hi, I work 7p to 7a also. I work 3 days per week. I am fairly new also. I eat according to the plan on the days that I am off. When I work I eat breakfast then sleep. I take a lunch box to work for my food.
I had one very difficult night where heating a meal was impossible, so now I take one of the lunch bars for my break time. I eat the snacks and dessert so that I eat every 3-4 hours. I drink at least 64 oz of water in the 12 hours. I like my water with a little lemon juice because it was recommended to me on one of the boards to help flush sodium. I am on the silver plan because it is low in sodium and cholesterol..
