Your question was: PB2 on Nutrisystem.
2 servings 4 tbsp dry 110 cals = 1 dairy/protein PLUS 1 fat..
Please check the stats. PB2 was reformulated last year and it now is 85% fat free instead of 75%.
From my jar. 2 tbsp.= 45 cals. and 5 g. protein. 1.5 g. fat 5 carbs.
And link to nutrition info on website http://store.bellplantation.com/Prod...Show=TechSpecs.
Sorry I put 90 instead of 45 cals for 2 tbsp. But check the link to it on bell palntation website to confirm the new stats...
This is the thread I always refer to.....

Here's a post from Judi... (I don't have a jar in front of me).
Yup, as Mom said, look at the stats, and you'll see that 2 tbsp doesn't have enough fat to count as a fat. A fat should be around 5 grams, which is why 4 tbsp works as a fat & a protein, but 2 tbsp has too many calories and too little fat to count as anything, unfortunately! Such a bummer, since it's a great size serving, but 1 scant tbsp is good for a free food, and still yummy!!.

Its been reformulated since then(2008). Click my link to the website above to see the new stats from bell plantation....
Is PB2 actually pb consistency- or a powder? I can't tell from the website...
This is confusing, because the jar I just got at home doesn't look like that. They sent me the one with the blue lid.. I now buy from netrition.com because it's cheaper and you don't have to buy 4... That would be great if I didn't have to count it as my fat too. Looks like the one you just got IS half a protein..Thank you!.
Alicia- Look here http://boards.members.nutrisystem.co...d.php?t=110927 for ideas. It is a powder that you mix with water...
You may have the old formula from 2008. Does it say 75% fat free or 85%? I bought some from netrition earlier this month and got the 85% off..
I just looked on netrition and the pic is of the green lid one. If they sent the old stuff to you I would call and complain...

Does your jar have the old stats?.
We posted at the same time. lol. Yes do call them. The new formulation IMO fits into the Nutrisystem program easier...
YEP! I am going to give Netrition.com a call. I hate complaining, but glad of the new stats!..
So 4 tablespoons is a protein... I guess one would be a free food, I hat two last night but it was kinda alot for the cake. It was really yummmy..
