I hear you crazy, I actually started on a 3 day split for 6 months, then went to a 5 day split for 6 months, reverted back, I even take 2 weeks off all training every 8 weeks or so to try and shock my body but very little progress on the size, good progress on fat loss through cardio though..
Lee, sorry to be a pain, from what i've researched the standard PCT would be novaldex by itself? my mind is just jumbled with a bit too much information on PCT that i've confused myself...any thoughts?.

Day 1 - chest.
Day 2 - back.
Day 3 - shoulders.
Day 4 - legs.
Day 5 - arms.
Cardio and abs on two of those days, maybe more...
Guys ive just got proviron 25mg tabs, whats the recommended dosage for this? just 1 a day alongside or should I start towards the end of the 8 week cycle?.
