I feel that way about it too, but found 3 ways that it is awesome..
1. put it in the Magic Bullet with a scant 4 oz COLD water and a splash of flavor drops or SF Syrup then blend til thick like mousse and refridgerate 1/2 hour or till ready to eat..
2. mix with 1 packet Hot Cocoa, 2 Tbsp Peanut butter, 1-2 Tbsp SF Chocolate syrup and about 1/3 Cup milk (or water). Melt PB on stove then mix in everything til smooth. Put in small pan and fridgerate (2 meals) Vowl's Awesome Fudge Recipe (from memory, I hope I got it right.).
3. 1/3 Cup LF Cream Cheese (softened and beat til smooth), 2 Pkts Chocolate pudding, 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp SF Chocolate syrup, enough water to make a smooth mousse-like texture. Put in individual bowls (or you will eat the whole thing) and refridgerat til ready to eat. (2 meals and 1 snack or 3 meals if you want to be better about your calories) A little costly on calories, but absolutely to die for when you want a realistic desert...
I put 4 oz of water in a Medifast shaker, add 2 ice cubes. Put the top on and shake so the water gets cold. Take out the ice and add the pudding. Shake until it doesn't shake anymore. I've always gotten thick creamy pudding this way, always.
Last night I drizzled a T of sf black cherry Torani syrup on top! Sooo good! Like a chocolate cherry drop!..
Misson, you rock!.
I tried the pudding prepared your way (8 oz water, 4 ice cubes) in the magic bullet. It was wonderful! My new favorite is the Vanilla pudding with a tbsp of SF Coconut syrup. It tasted like coconut cream pie! Just divine - highly recommended..
Thanks again - your post really made a difference for me!..
... glad you like it Sarah. Think I'll go make one now!..
Ohhh I can't wait to try!!!! Pudding will be my next meal!..
I use a wisk and 4-5oz of water. Then I put it in the fridge for about an hour. It's thicker this way...
