Just made the radish fries 2 nights in a row. They are delish if you haven't tried them.

Cut into slices, nook for a minute to get soft. Toss in a little olive oil and then broil on high till they get a little toasted and serve with ketchupYummy..

I didn't like them on the stove top but I loved them roasted in the oven...

Ok.......... I grated up some radishes added a pinch of curry and tossed them in a pan (added a bit of olive oil). and let me tell ya... loved it! gonna try the radish fries this week...

I love radish fries! This week I want to try to shred them and bake them... then add them to my cheese omelet (hashbrown omelet!!!!)..
