Hi Hopeful3.
There's a whole new board for recommitters! That may help!!.
I have had lots of problems maintaining myself up 5 down 6 up 6 and down 5. So my yo-yos are smaller than before!!.
Great to have you back before you have to start all over again!!.
YOu can do it!!..
I started last January and by the end of July was down 40#. That is the good news. The bad news is I stayed there up one down one for the rest of 2007. After many attempts and 'starting over' I finally said to myself "one meal at a time" until I can put together the 3 days it takes to be in fat burning (I get really bad h/a)Well I've managed almost 2 days now and as I build on yesterday, today becomes betterYou can bet I will for sure do the T/M Medifast suggests because looking back on last year I can see how much I've changed about food. The GOOD news for you is you can feel your old ways b4 you lose control so look at THAT and keep going - all is not lost...
Thank you Sandie and Chakori for the kind words. It helps to know others are going through the same thing. Day one almost down two more dreadful days until fat burning......
Good luck to both of you we can do this!..
Hopeful and Chakori...GREAT to see you both!.
Once you piece together a couple of good days it's gonna be smooth sailing!.
Looking forward to your posts!~..
It's time for all of us to finish this thing that we started last year!!! Best wishes...
I'm back as well. I am very dissapointed in myself for not sticking to it but I know I can get back on and do it. WE CAN DO THIS!!!..
I know what you mean. I fell off the wagon after loosing 90 pounds! I was 30 away from goal. The good part is I kept it off for a year and a half! Then a stressfull situation came up this September, and those UGLY eating habits reared their head...40 pounds later. I have 66 more to loose again. The hardest part for me is seeing people who started the journey with me TWO YEARS AGO at goal. I know it's not nice, but jealousy sits beside me...But, then I think, hey, they did it, I can to. So, we're all here...here we go!..
Hi I also took some time off during the Holidays, I only gained 4 lbs. so now I'm back with DH He has more to lose but being a man I know he'll do better...
