Your question was: Suggestions for Nutrisystem dessert?.
Peanut Butter South Beach Bar is yummy- get the one with higher protein (8). They also have a chocolate bar. They have different kinds with different.
Calories- get around the 140 cals, protein 8, etc- so get the right kind. They get sneaky on their labeling. It is called Protein Fit S.B. bar. Got them at Safeway and Albertsons...
I am finding many weight watcher's branded items in the stores now and when I check labels, I usually see that they have amped up the fiber and/or protein more so than regular "light" versions. I suspect any desserts you can find will be comparable to Nutrisystem. I went to look at sugar free chocolate at my local Walgreens and while there are several brands making products with sugar substitutes, the weight watchers version had much more fiber and protein than those brands and usually fewer calories and less fat too...
I have not found the Weight Watcher products to have enough protein in the past. I hope they have added more to it. It has never fit in the past..
I have found some really good Atkins bars and the Healthsmart Chocolite protein bars from netrition.com to be good. http://www6.netrition.com/healthsmar...tein_bars.html.

Birdie, what are your favorite flavors of the Chocolite bars? Can they be ordered individually or only in the 16 pack?..
They use to sell them individually but looks like they do not any longer. I like the triple chocolate and the turtle bars. Have not tried the others. Cashew caramel looks pretty good...
[quote=Thing1cpa;4669250]You can buy them individually for about $1.29 at dietdirect.com...
