1 tablespoon of parm is a condiment or you can subtract some from your lean if you have to...

Do you roll them in parm or just dust the top of them with Parm? I imagine just the tops because of how little Parm we can use for a condiment..Thanks for posting! My husband did low carb dieting for years and did the mashed cauliflower for his "mashed potatoes"...
