My next question is: Hi all new here, just found the site and I think it's great..

I am 22 years old and been lifting for about 4 years, my diet and routine are on point..

My first cycle was:.

W1-8: Test cyp 500mg/week.

W1: Adex .25mg daily.

W2-8: Adex .25mg/EOD.

PCT.

W10(Day 1) Clomid: 300mg.

W10:Clomid 200mg/daily Adex .25mg/ETD.

W11:Clomid 150mg/daily Adex .25mg/ETD.

W12: Clomid 100mg/daily.

Just finished that cycle, (almost 2 moths now) and am thinking for using low does Var (20mg/day) till my next cycle. Anyone have experience "bridging" does that make it harder to recover fully after set cycle?.

2nd cycle:.

W 1-8: Decca Durabolin 200mg/week.

W 1-10: Sust 250mg + Test cyp 200mg Total 450mg/week.

W 1-10: Adex .25mg EOD.

PCT.

W12 (day 1): Clomid 300mg/day.

W 12: Clomid 200mg/day Adex .25mg ETD.

W 13: Clomid 150mg/day Adex .25mg ETD.

W 14: Clomid 100mg/day.

W 13: Clomid 50mg/day.

Never used Decca before what can I expect? The cyp bloated me should I expect the same? Thoughts on mixing Cyp with Sust? Only because I have 3 vials of cyp left over.

I also lost more than I expected when I got off my cycle..was there anything wrong in the planning that could atrubute to this? I know when I started my PCT my diet was off...way off.. due to family illness. The diet was crap during PCT along with workouts..would that account for the loss?.

Also I saw in one of the stickies that some people use Clomid and Novla in their PCT together? Is there a reason for this?? I though only one or the other was needed not both? Is there a benefit of using both during PCT?.
