If I get to the Aisan market I'm going to have gatita's Pad Thai. I can't believe I live in a major metropolatin area and my local Safeway's Asian section doesn't have the dried shrimp. And they have no Better Than Bullion Lobster either.

I LOVE Trader Joes turkey meatballs. I used to make 1 package into 2 L&G's until I saw the carb count (ugh). Now I make 1 package as 4 meals and add some LF mozzarrella..
Today I'm making Shadybrook Farms turkey burgers. Think I'll dry rub some garlic, basil & oregano on them before I put them on the grill, then top with some marinara and shredded mozzarrella to make pizza burgers, then pair it with a spinach salad (w/Galeo's of course)...
I am going to make homemade chili tonight. Turkey meat, onions, bell peppers, stewed tomatoes, green chilies, kidney beans, white pinto beans, chili powder and hot sauce. Let it simmer for two hours and have a bowl. Yummm..
Baked flounder with a New Mexico red chile glaze on it. Not sure about the green yet...
Okay, I'm on Day 2, and I was looking for some ideas for the L/G meals! Thanks - and can any of you point to a place on the Medifast site that tells me about L/G meals? I think it's 7 oz. poultry, cooked weight, and is it two cups salad greens with 1/2 cup other veggies? Is fruit ever allowed? What do you do for you little meals when you are at work? I could make some cookies of muffins (recipe on the boxes) I suppose. Also, can any of you share any recipes, just so I know the kinds of things (spices, etc) that are okay to use? TIA for any help..
I am staying with the 5/1 plan until I lose between 30-35 lbs. Any tricks you can share about eating 6 meals/day (especially at work; I substitute teach) would be most helpful. And, if you know anybody else with about this much to lose who wants to buddy-up, send 'em my way, please....
One more quick question - have any of you gotten into transition/maintenence yet? I'm just wondering what to expect, and what kind of support there is for that with MyMedifast..

I am having shredded cabbage stir-fried with some chicken breast and a dash of soy and szechuan spice. Tomorrow is our road trip to go to the Nickelback concert. We are going to have lobster. I plan to request it steamed with no butter, sprinkle lemon juice on, add a salad (bring my own dressing) and two lovely glassses of water..

My husband has the urge to eat at a Mexican Restaurant on the way to a HS basketball game... so I'll be having chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions, and a green salad. (no rice/beans/sour cream/ guac. etc... but still YUM!).
Tomorrow will be homemade sausage and something.... I haven't got any further than that yet!..
My husband really loves fajitas... So I cut up slices of bell peppers, tomatoe, lean beef, red onion zuchinni, summer squash, & marinated in a some lf zesty italian....... for about 3-4 hrs.... and then grilled it and drained all the extra sauce... and then grilled a little longer... and I had mine over a bed of lettuce, w/ 1 tbsp.
YUM! He had his in a tortilla, and we didn't buy any cheese or sourcream.. as that is one of my weaknesses.. and since I'm still on my first week.. Trying to keep my temptations out of the house.....
We went to the movies.. and I took a shake & a bar w/ me... and actually was full~ It was very hard to watch him eat his popcorn.. suprisingly.. since i'm not huge on popcorn.. I think it was just cause I knew I couldn't eat it!..
