I'm looking for a way to enter a "mixture" of cooked vegetables, so it only equals half or one cup...I've tried to add it to "private" foods, but I'm new and can't get it to work. HELP! Rena..
You can add the full amounts and then go back and click on it and change the amounts. You then just add as many veggies as are in your mixture. You can get the nutritional values by clicking on the food. Can't download but you can get the information...
Ok Vets,.
I'm starting tomorrow...is it really as easy as opening the cabinet and picking 5 items for the day and cooking a light meal when I get home? It just seems to good to be true..

Yep!.
However, if you don't like a certain food as-is, be sure to check the recipes forum. Sometimes just cooking things a little differently makes them taste MUCH better..
I make it all more complicated because I love to play with the recipes, but the simpler you do it, the better it works as far as weight loss..
PS Gohawaii to answer your question, I don't know of anywhere that has a complete list of those foods. Maybe Nutrisystem or tech support could download the info for you......
