Hot cocoa + 2T water + 1T sf syrup, mixed, dropped in balls on wax paper and frozen..
This is SUPER GOOD with a half T of peanut butter added, too...
This sounds good. Does anyone know if you can do it without the sf syrup? I haven't gone that direction yet. Don't really want to for now. I guess I could just experiment. I ended up ordering way too much cocoa...
Capital T = Tbsp.
You can also just mix the hot cocoa with 3T water and eat it like cookie batter or frosting..
Thank you so much! I'm going to make a few up and stash them in the freezer. I remembered making it before, just couldn't remember how. But I do know that I put it on wax paper and spread it out (using the folded over part of the paper to mush it) and made a bar from it. Then I feel like I'm eating a chocolate bar! Such a treat.
Thanks for this!! I'm off to be Willy Wonka and make my chocolate treats!..
You can do this with shakes and some extracts too. Tons of flavor combo...
I did this with just 3 TBS water and no syrup (I don't have any syrup) and it was great. I just dropped the balls onto wax paper and froze them while I was at the gym. I will try the smushing into a bar today. I like that idea...
I read a post somewhere on here to mix the hot cocoa mix with 2 Tbs sugar-free caramel syrup. Mix it together and put it in the fridge for about 15 mins to harden. It's REALLY good and easy to make!..
The hot cocoa can be done hot or cold too! depending on your mood... I love it 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup water and blend! I also add torani sugar free syrup too if I want it a little sweeter or change the taste up a little... I forgot about making the candy ith it... yummy!..
Peanut butter???How do you count that?? I love PB I better be careful. It's in freezer...i'm anxiously awaiting but just not sure how to count the syrup and PB any idea,,thanks..
I don't have wax paper, will foil or parchment paper or plastic wrap work?..
I like to add 1 tsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp water and freeze it in little mounds. I feel like I am eating a peanut butter cup (which I love). I have done the same thing with the brownie mix and love it too. Especially because it has the tiny chips in it...
That sounds good! I am giong to make that today! .. you can also add a Tbls. of PB2 from bell plantation.. it's lower in fat and calories but it has a good peanut butter flavor!..
