Some people use their vanilla shake as creamer in their coffee, also gives it that vanilla flavor. I know we can have half and half I think it is, but it counts as a condiement, be sure to read the program guide under the success tools tab...

I use either the hot cocoa, cappuccino, or shake... mixed with 1/2 cup water and divided into two portions for two cups of coffee..
I used to LOVE and REQUIRE flavored creamers for my coffee, this makes mornings bearable...
Regular half-n-half is one of the "healthy fat" options. I just use that! Love my morning coffee!..

Publix brand, or Land O"Lakes, make Fat Free half n half,which I've used for years. Not sure where you live,but I bet you find something something similar in your region...
I mix the Medifast cappucino with coffee. I just put in enough water to make a paste and then fill with coffee. It is so yummy. It made my craving for Starbucks skinny lattes go away. I may drink that capp forever! It is so yummy!..
Watch out for fat free stuff. Frequently the manufacturers crank up the carb content to improve the flavor when they take out the fat. Yes, it's allowed as a condiment, I'm not telling you that you can't use it - just that you may be getting more carbs than you realize. You really do want to keep your carb count under a hundred to feel your best and keep the cravings at bay...

I just mixed 4 oz of strong, black, cold coffe with my Dutch choc shake, added lots of extra water and lots of ice cubes and put it all in the blender - and OH MY GOSH, that was delicious! Better than any cold coffee drink I have ever had! It made two large glasses worth of coffee, so now I am so full and had my coffee fix for the day...
I use a 1/4 Cup of half and half which is two healthy fat servings (4 tablespoons) my coffe is creamy hot and delicious and not negotiable! then I dont use any oils in my lean & green, just cooking spray...
I drink tea but black and strong. I also like milky teachecked out the fat free half and halfit has more carbs than regular. I use the regular half and half and religiously measure the amount I put in. It's not as milky as I would like but better than black. Count as one condiment...
I get expresso/americano at starbucks, have them put in SF hazelnut syrup, I add 2 tablespoons of half and half...
