I agree...where did they go? I couldn't find them either yesterday when I ordered! All I could find was that auto delivery stuff. I want the specials back..
I've heard through the grapevine that Medifast has stopped the monthly food specials. Trying to promote the autoship instead, save 5% and giving free week of food.
I for one am not interested in autoship and the coupons are a much better deal than the 5% off. And since you can't select what is in the free week, I don't want it.
We should voice complaints to Medifast about stopping the monthly food specials. It stinks!..
I've heard that it is because they are promoting their blender now...
I agree we should voice our opinions.... regarding the monthly specials. They help alot, as I agree I don't like everything in the preset package...
I agree also. They had no specials in September and none in October, really not right. I'm sure they make plenty of mone without at least offering a product or two at a small discount..
Since they read these posts to make sure we behave ourselves, I'm sure they are aware of these complaints. Obviously they don't care since they haven't even addressed it...
Not true. This was a decision made outside of MyMedifast or the realm of MyMedifast Support. We have made the proper groups aware of these comments since they started a few weeks ago..
However, if you truly want to express your feedback on this issue - we recommend contacting Customer Care in addition to posting here. That will go "straight to the source" as they say...

It does get confusing that MyMedifast Support is not the same as Medifast Customer Service. Different departments, different staff, but I only know this since I have been hanging around here since the MyMedifast website was launched Feb 2006.

I emailed them about it! Muuhahahaha...they sure know how I feel now...
I emailed them too, but I doubt it will do much good. I just order what I like when I need it. I don't order auto ship or the packages. I've been doing this long enough that I know what I like, what I don't and how much I need to order at a time...
