As you were using Test cyp @ a shot every 4 days (until you ran out!) LOL.
I would use LeeB's PCT with a minor amendment.
Day 1 - 4 tabs.
Day 2 - 2 tabs.
Days 3 - 20 - 1 tab per day.
Follow with 2 weeks of Milk thistle & bladderwrack as a system detox and you'll be ready to do your next stack!!.

Seeing as you used a longer ester like Test Cyp you will not be able to start your PCT until 10 days after your last shot of Cyp as any PCT started before this time will be ineffective as there will be too much Test Cyp in your system.....
I was able to solve the running out problem at 6 days after my last shot.so I will go ahead and run out to 12 weeks.thanks for all the info .i wish I would have found this site before I started,but lessons learned here is my stats so far.

Had been out of the gym for years before this go round, been back in gym for 12 weeks.
8 1/2weeks into my first ever test of cypionate 250.
Started a 1 ml every 5 days for three weeks then bumped it up to every 4 days.
At week 7 I bumped up to 1.25 ml every 4 days.
I have went from 178 lbs with some fat to a solid 195 with hardley no fat!!!!.
My strength is out the roof I am loving it.hopefully I will be able to keep most my gains..

Tommorow will be ten days since my last shot of cyp.i have managed to get clomid for my pct but the doce is 35mg per ml oral solution so should I start tommorow with 200mg all at once.also I weined down my doses on my last 4 cyp shots to where my last shot was 1/2 ml or 125mg dose this have a effect on my first dose of clomid..
Going off what I suggested above (you may choose neils dosing instead).
Amounts would be:.
Day 1 - 6 tabs = 300mg.
Day 2 - 4 tabs = 200mg.
Next 10 days - 2 tabs = 100mg.
Next 10 days - 1 tab = 50mg.
Never used (or know anyone with experience of) liquid solution so cant comment on how good it is. id split dose throughout day for convenience!.
Clomid in tablet form tastes rank. I'm guessing the liquid is same so you may want to drink some milk beforehand to line your throat!!..
