I have to admit to being new to this. I ran Prov from about wk5 in my first cycle. Recomendation was that some folk run it from day 1 so I thought I would give it a try. If I have it right, then Prov helps stop water retention but the tbol may cause it. Having never used tbol before I thought Prov from day 1 would prevent any water retention..

The science behind AAS use is a complicated on and there is so much conflicting info from other users experience. I guess it affects everyone in a different way.... that is why I am tweeking here and trying this that and the other. See what works for me as it were...
You exagerate... was less than 6.... and your workout was EASY (fook.... should not have said that. Me and my big mouth)...
The proviron is pointless IMO. It isn't cheap, and all it does is increase your risk of hairloss and turn you into a horndog. Other than that, it all looks fine...
