Sustanon is idealy shot every 3 days though. Once a week would not be getting all the benefits from it. Or so my research tells me. Might drop the deca and just shot sust twice per week...

Once a week you will still get the benefits.. no blood levels wont remain as consistant as with every 3rd day.... but yuor body will still benefit greatly!..
