I use tomato puree - Contadina brand. 1/4th a cup = 1 green serving per NS. It is simply tomato paste and water, so no added sugar or carbs or anything...
Can most of these be found in a regular grocery store?..
Pizza Sauce.
1 15 oz. can Tomato Puree.
1/4 tsp. garlic powder.
3/4 tsp. basil.
1/8 tsp. oregano.
1 drop Sweetzfree.
1/8 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes(optional).
Measure out amt. for recipe, store remainder in the refrigerator. 1/4 cup equals 1 veggie serving...there's some condiment servings in there too but I don't count dried herbs personally..
Oh sorry...I just re-read your post about wanting pre-prepared sauce...nevermind! :-)..
I found this one not too long ago. I don't remember where I found it, though. I almost always make my own, but I only needed a little bit and didn't have any in my freezer, so I bought this one when I saw it. It is very good. I believe I bought it at either Fresh Market or Whole Foods..

Get a can of tomatoes in sauce, strain off most of the sauce and puree the tomatoes..
If you find a few minutes to make some good homemade sauce, do it and freeze it. I have a good veggie marinara in my blogs from a few months ago...
Thanks! Making the sauce seems pretty easy but wanted to have some premade in the pantry for on those nights I don't feel like making it. Thank you!..
Seeds of Change is a great brand and has zero sugar...
VICTORIA'S!!! I will say that it it more expensive than the other brands, but it does go on sale too. It's absolutely the best, and one of the best jarred sauces out there. Coming from an Italian that makes her own, it says something. I believe it has 2g carbs off the top of my head. In comparison to the other brands that consistently are around 12g - it's great!..
I go to Whole Foods for one reason, and one product only. Monte Bella (or maybe it's Monte Bena) Either way, it's only two carbs per 1/4 cup. And it's tasty! all whole foods carry it. Hope this helps...
Hunts (in the can) has a sugar free version that is available at Save-a-Lots if you have one near you. That is the only place I can find it but it's good and cheap...
I use hunts, just the small little tins... I have also noticed some of the not your everyday pasta sauces that are way more expensive but are still in your pasta isle can be really low.
Here are the Hunts stats:.

I beleive 1/4 cup can also be counted as a veggi choice?.
Best of luck and enjoy your pizza!..
