Your question was: What walking shoes to buy during Nutrisystem plan?.
What about the different letters on them? Are there different types?..
You can get specific information at www.skechers.com.
But the XF means = extended fitness.
And the XT means = extended training.
The ShapeUps also come in work specific styles (non-slip, protected toe, etc.), sandals, and regular athletic shoe styles..
I have a sandal and the mary-jane style - both absolutely fabulous and well worth the $$. They are well made and won't fall apart as the other brands have been wont to do (Reebok, New Balance)...
I have the shape-ups too.. not sure which letters are on them though. They are so comfy, and once you get used to walking in them they really do work your butt out. I wear them at work too, I stand up most of my shift and I find it helps with my sore back..
When I first wore them I found myself tripping alot.. and I still do when I'm tired! lol.. It's probably because I drag my feet more than I thought and the shape of the shoe doesn't really allow that :P..
I went to the website but it doesn't explain the difference between the extended fitness and extended training. They also have the metabolize shoe. Which ones work which muscles? Do they all work the same. Is one shoe better than another? I tried on two and they felt the same?..
Try this link: http://www.skechers.com/info/shape_ups.
And this one: http://www.skechers.com/info/shape_ups_5_questions.
The second one answers the differences questions you had...
I have a pair made by Avia that I picked up at Costco...in Canada. I paid $49.00 for them and feel they are quite comparable to the Sketchers AND a whole lot cheaper!!! Extremely comfortable and yes, they take time to get used to them!..
Those EasyTones are pretty nice, and you can actually feel/see them working over time...
