It's going to vary a lot by individual and dosage. I was on 80mg a day right from the start and developed dry lips within the first two weeks, it might have been the first week. But it was easily managed with constant use of lip balm and Aquaphor.At 20mg a day you might not have significant side effects at all. You might develop dry lips within the first month. It's just a guessing game, really...

Im on 20mg too and my lips started getting slightly dry around the third week and now they are really dry - I think winter has made it worse anyways always carry chapstick and good luck with Murad Resurgence..

I'm on day 5 (40mg) and lips are definitely getting dryer. The oiliness is not gone yet but it's seems to be reduced...

Im on month 5 week 1. my lips got dry after about the 3rd week and my god have they been dry ever since. I come off Murad Resurgence in 3 weeks. cant wait for my lips to return to normal..
