Was doing well one month ago, then moved from TX back to LA and spent 1 1/2 weeks with my family....Needless to say, I did not stay on track...Am now in San Diego and am starting again (this time I am alone!)....Would love support from other "medi's" out there!.

Hey all thanks for all the support and the adds, I have a rough start this week but today I'm on track again..hopefully 100% I won't mess around today. We can all keep intouch though messages so we will know how well everyone is doing and encourage each other as much as possible because from what it sounds we all need the extra...hope to hear from you all..oh and I'm offically 188.00 yayyyyyy..

Welcome ladies! I would encourage you all to join a team, or start a new one! Teams really give a lot of support whenever you need it. Check out some teams on the Ready, get set, go. Check out the RED HOTS! We are bunch of people who have fun, help and support one another. In fact, one of my RED HOTS team came over to my house this week to help me make the flower arrangements for my son's wedding this week. You never know who might be close enough to do hike with or have a shake with!.

I would also suggest getting a health coach. There is no charge to you, and you get some one who has been the same weight loss journey and can give you one on one support. PM if you want to know more. The RED HOT team has several who are all great!.
