Your question was: Why is my weight remaining the same with Nutrisystem?.
When I would go days in a row with little change, it usually signaled a big drop coming up.
Re: almonds for lunch - almonds are considered a fat - should that be a protein serving? (Asking, not telling. I am on the basic women's plan, so I'm not sure.)..
Looks like you might be having an extra Nutrisystem bar? It looks like you are having 5 Nutrisystem products each day but you should only have 4, I think. That afternoon snack of a Nutrisystem bar is the one I don't understand. I agree that the almonds at lunch aren't really part of the plan (it's an extra fat serving). Also, lunch might be light on veggies (is celery an unlimited veggie? If so, you need to add two servings of vegetables). Just my take on the situation. I just busted out of a plateau myself, and I know it's frustrating when you are trying so hard.
Regards,.
Joan..
He is on the men's plan and the guys get two desserts/snacks per day...
I am assuming the OP is a man...in which case, they get 5 Nutrisystem meals a day now...
Eat all your Nutrisystem meals that have the least amount of calories for a couple of days......chicken noodle soup, etc. Always gets me going again..
I was at a hump when I was getting past 200 into 199. I varied my diet. I ate a bigger meal for lunch and smaller meal for dinner, basically switching them. I also upped my exercise a bit and did different things. It all worked and within 2 days I was back on the straight and narrow!!..
Maybe spoke too soon. 185 when I got home today......
You didn't say how much water are you getting. Dehydration will slow weight loss...
There were a few days where I missed some water. I usually have four 1 pint 0.9 oz bottles a day. Sometimes more...
