Mate - ive just looked at your profile and you're 19, so youve got lots of time to grow naturally. In most of your posts youve dived in about steroids but you havent given us any clue as to what your training programme and diet are like. How long you been training? How often do you train? Im not saying you shouldnt be running those pills but to get helpful advice, you need to give more of a bigger picture of where you're at with your training..
Well I work out 4 to 5 times a week.
For about 1 and a half to 2 hours per day.
Usually do weights first for bout 45 to a hour concentrating on two muscles ie biceps triceps.
Then mix cardio sumtimes I box for maybe 6 rounds 3 minute each and do sum work on the stepper.
Or a would do a 20 to 30 if I had the energy on the tred mill.
After all that I do about 15 to 20 minute ab work.
I dont tend to eat a lot as I dont have huge appitite.
Morning I have a promax shake and 2 bannanas.
Lunch I eat pasta and chicken with spring onions and spinish.
Tea usually around the same mite vary vegetable and promax shake.
And a shake before a go to bed with milk for night.
I do sometimes like to eat chocolate about once a week eat biscuits and sweetsalthough I have cut down a lot..
Why are you tasking steroids jesus you are just a News of the World story wating to happen.....
Here is a thought look more closly at your diet because without a good stable diet then you will not grow no matter what drugs you take......
Well for starters you need to eat a good 6 times a day especially seeing as you are wanting to build muscle.....the other mistake is you are using Maximuscle products this brand is very overpriced for what it is try swapping to Extreme Supplements as a board member you get a 25% discount on all Extreme supplements.....
This is a shame but you will have to force the food down if you want to gain.....
It is good that you are getting in some protein but where are the quality carbs?? a better choice would be Oats/Banana and the 2 scoops of protein.
2 - 3hrs after breakfast have a mrp drink then 2 - 3hrs after this eat this meal.
Mid afternoon get another MRP drink down you, you don't say when you train so cannot comment on this meal as after training you need faster acting simpler carbs and whey protein so that you can start the repair process after your training.....
This is probably the best meal you have and by mixing it with milk it will slow down the absorption through the night..
Again this is good I normally eat clean through the week then eat what I want(within reason) at the weekend.....
In general eat 6 meals a day normally 3 solid and 3 liquid meals you are never going to gain muscle without eating good calorie dense foods even if you use steroids......
Eat twice as much as you are eating now, when you put the fork to your mouth and you feel sick, shovel it in and then try again! i'm sat here with a huge bowl if tuna sweetcorn and cous cous, I'm not hungry at all, but I'm shoveling it down as fast as. get a good diet before you start to think about 'roids!..
After just reading your post in this section I would say that you should also reconsider taking steroids....and it is definatly not good practice to shovel food into your mouth if you feel sick can you explain how this would help......
